At least three deeply felt learnings from this program:
Throughout this program I have learned that educators should
always strive for social justice and advocate for the well-being of children.
I have learned the value of reflection and was encouraged to
see diversity as an asset.
I have learned that to be what true leadership looks like
and that I have the potential to make changes and to empower others to take
action and to promote educational practices that positively impact children and
the community.
Above all I have learned to give back to the community
either though taking small steps or embracing big challenges.
My long-term goal is to continue to be abreast of
educational research and always be committed to children and families well-being.
Dear colleagues,
Thank you for all your help, support, and cooperation you
have shown throughout this course.
Thank you for being very passionate about teaching I
won't forget all your valuable
contributions and useful advice.
I wish you all the best for and hope you will succeed in
your endeavors.
Yours sincerely,
Renata, you said it-- Mission Accomplished. Sometimes, when we start out on a journey, the road is not always clear. We learned to take it one step at a time, one day at a time. When that final day comes, we are in awe, "Hey, we made it!" You are a breath of fresh air and I find your post interesting and encouraging. Hope to meet again in the near future! Mary
